  • How do I make sure I order the right size?

Click here for sizing reference. As all of our pieces are vintage and second hand and mostly menswear at the beginning, the sizing on the original label might be slightly different from the actual sizing nowadays. To prevent mistakes from happening, we try to give the most accurate measurements in centimeters of each piece on the description below the pictures.

Also, you will find a "best fit" for reference according to our understanding of the pieces when trying them on.

  • What is the return policy?

Unfortunately, our pieces are non-refundable. We work very hard to achieve the final product and offer the best pieces we can for you to wear and keep forever!
Every piece is unique and we want you to have the best experience with it. We will always let know if there is any sign of age in the description box.

  • What are the shipping options?

Click here to find the sipping information. We work constantly on finding new ways for you to have the pieces as soon as possible, at the moment we work with DHL Express worldwide. We offer international shipping and fares are different according to each location.

We ship every order within the next 2 days after the purchase has been made, after that the shipping company takes over! Once your order is on the go you will get an email with a tracking number and company information in case you have any questions. And of course, we will always be here if you have any other concerns!

  • What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

As we sell internationally, each country has its own regulation. If you need more information regarding this subject you can contact us via email or DM and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • When will I receive my order?

As we said before, once your order has been sent, the shipping company takes over! They are the responsible ones to make the order get to you as soon as possible, but of course, we take an active role in the process. Depending on your location, the receiving time changes.   • How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

It is not possible to make any changes after the order has been placed, regardless we are humans and we understand certain situations might be extremely tricky. Get in contact via email -hello@archivethelabel.com- or DM us -@archive.thelabel- if you need any help at all.

  • Where are you located?

We do not have a physical store. We keep our stock in Madrid (Spain) where we source, rework, and ship all our orders.

  • How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?

    As stated before, we do not make from scratch any of our products. All of our products come from a curated selection of Vintage and Second Hand existing pieces we choose for a later transformation into the final product we sell. We use mostly men clothing reworked into womenswear, suitable for every person in the world who want to cherish it!

    You will find a concept for "brand" in the description of each piece crediting the original brand that made the product. We only take credit for the reworking and transformation of the pieces.

    As for materials, we reuse everything we are able to reduce our carbon footprint and minimize waste. We use compostable bags for shipping and every piece comes with a reusable tote bag for you to have and keep.
